Safety is our absolute priority. Every participant undergoes medical and psychological screening. The program takes place in a controlled environment with an experienced guide. We apply safety protocols developed based on years of experience.

It's not required. Most of our participants have no prior experience. The 3-week preparation period is specifically designed to prepare you mentally, emotionally, and physically for the experience.

After the retreat, you have 3 weeks of intensive integration: weekly group video conferences, individual support, tools for implementing changes in everyday life. You also receive a concrete 90-day action plan and access to the alumni community.

The full 7-week program includes: 3 weeks of preparation with neurohypnosis sessions, 7 days stay (accommodation, meals, airport transfer), 4 ceremonies, and 3 weeks of integration. Not included: flight, insurance, personal expenses.
